Like almost all Silvia Serban’s designs, this is a piece that you can wear all year round. Inspired from the Peruvian traditional costume, the skirt is made from two different tulle textures and lace applique. The under crinoline skirt is optional if you want to add a more dramatic look.
Designer recommendation: Wear yours with bare legs or black tights, depending on the weather.
