SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
The delivery time for Romania is 1-2 working days, for Europe 2-4 working days and worldwide up to 7 working days. Delivery in Romania is free of charge. For other countries it will be calculated on order completion.
The styles from the Iconic section are subject to customization. For a timeless piece, please take your time and ask us about the best option on fabric and color. Write us directly to email@example.com or use the contact form. After we have set together all the details, you can place the order on the specific item.
Delivery to European Union
All countries within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.
Delivery to Switzerland and Turkey
All products prices are displayed, exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as these countries VAT. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties, which are levied by your local customs authority.
Please note that all shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed once a shipment reaches your country. Therefore, additional charges for customs must be borne to you.
We accept returns within 10 working days from receiving your order. You have the first 5 working days to send us an e-mail with the subject “I want to return [name and product code]” and 5 more working days to return the package.
How we work
Before ordering any product, please carefully check the product on site. You will find all necessary information on the product description page. If you need further information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, on the same product page, you may zoom the product to be able to study in detail both the material composition and all the details.
We are using FAN COURIER for delivery service and we recommend you to use the same service for easy return. However, if you want to use a different courier service to return the products, you can choose any other service.
The shipping cost for returning the product will be paid by the customer.
We do not accept packages with return payment.
Pursuant to the general common laws, on transfer of proprietary over property, applied in Romania, the product is your entire responsibility until it gets back to us.
We recommend before removing the label to carefully check if it is the product you ordered, if it was damaged during transport or during packaging and if it is the right size.
We do not accept the return of any worn products, with removed label, or destroyed packaging.
When you order a tailor made product, the returning of the product will become unavailable.
Under the conditions set forth under Article 4 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Government Ordinance 130/2000, when purchasing products from www.silviaserban.eu, the buyer is entitled to return/have his product replaced only once.
Please take into consideration that the products must be returned in their original packaging.
Recurrent cancellation of orders may be considered an abuse.
If we sent you a different product from the ordered one, you can return it at no additional cost. We will bear all transportation costs and will send you the requested product as soon as we receive the package.
These return policies do not affect in any way your rights set forth by the applicable law.
If you are under 18 years, inform your tutor if you want to order anything.
Want to change a product:
We can change the returned product with a similar one, a different size (the same code, model, colour, material), depending on stock availability.
If you want to change it for another product (other code, model, colour, material), you will pay the price difference on delivery, if the product is more expensive. We can send to you the new exchange product only after you have returned the initially bought product. The refund of the value of the product, or as appropriate, its replacement shall be made up within 30 days from to return.
In every case of return or replacement of products as a result of cancellation of the purchase, the replacement costs are paid by the client.
